My Camping Trip

Hi all. My camping trip was lots of fun! :D There was even a carnival there too. They often have things like that at the camp group too. I also swam at the beach there and built sand castles in the sand with my cousin. I went to two dances, hung with some people, swum in the pool, had a camp fire, played bingo etc. The cool thing is finally my aunt bought a camping lot there!! So now we can go anytime like the rest!!! I can't wait. Finally i can get to know more people there and maybe have more friends. There is some interesting people there and plenty of people my age. Although i noticed i actually enjoy hanging with people around my cousins ages more then mine. I feel more comfortable and free with people like 13 or younger often. Many people my age seem to grown up for me, more serious, and more judgmental in my opinion. I am kinda like a 10 year old at heart. I like to be hyper,random,silly etc. So i fit in better with a younger group of kids. Most kids my age want to make out, drink, act obnoxious, and stair at the cell phones all day lol. Also I'm not that social so Amy and her friends, the people my age i hung with seemed a little to social and mature for me. Still i hung out with them. I still had fun with them too. I actually hung out with people i would never hang out with on a regular basis. It was vacation so what the heck. I lived a little lol. I when to the dances but didn't really dance except to the Casper Slide. I am not into dancing really i just hang out. There was some awkward times as well one is were i dresses as a hippie in my Halloween hippie costume. It was because it was 50s and 60s weekend. So the second dance was based on that. I end up being the only one dressing up really. Many people were staring but the good thing is some liked it too. Someone said i should of even won the best dressed contest they were holding there. I don't know if i wouldn't of won or not wasn't at the dance floor at that moment i was most likely in the arcade with my little friends and cousins. Another thing was me, my cousins, and the younger friends were all bored so one of them wanted to play truth or dare. Some ask Ben my youngest cousin truth or dare. He said truth. One of the girls asked him "do you pic your nose" and he was like "no" So i said yea right i see you do it all the time!! ( and he does) so he got upset. I can tell when he is about to attack so i got up and ran and he pushed me down and i smashed my chocolate shake. It got all over my hippie costume so i was kinda mad. ( the chocolate shake was from the snack bar connected to the arcade room, yea its not your typical camp ground) So i turned around and spilled the rest of my already ruined shake on him and said see how YOU like it!!!! This time he was enraged so he jumped on me and slammed me on the ground. I end up getting a bloody nose!!! I was soooo embarrassed and i had to find the bathroom. I was trying to make sure no one would see me. People end up seeing me though. This group of people about my age but they actually helped me and that was very nice of them. So yea it was an interesting trip. The carnival they had there was fun too. I even got an elephant ear and cotton candy! yummy :) Also they even had a car show for one of the days. They had some cool cars there. Mostly 50's and 60's styled ones hence the 50s and 60s weekend. I also got another new key chain. Its a key chain Yogi Bear projector. Its really cool. It projects Yogi Bear cartoon pics on the wall or ceiling. Anyways that was my weekend it was a lot of fun!!! Next weekend not the one coming up but after that we are going to Wisconsin Dells. I'm really looking forward to that!! I'll write a blog about the trip too when the time comes. Anyways ttyl bye!! see you next blog. peace (Y)
